(These are just thumbnails I zoomed in on lol) Wane, a timid and easily startled boy, is being chased by bullies into the edge of the Dark forest trying to force him to eat a nasty bug. But just in time a mysterious kid with a bow and a helmet appeared out of nowhere and drove the bullies off. Wane calms down holding the kid's hand when suddenly a bug crawls on his face and he faints. Then Wane wakes up in a strange house filled with wood shavings, toy weapons and drawings, and paintings. But one thing catches his eye, a strange book on the floor, The legend of the light of sol. Then the strange girl appears again like she was there the whole time. She introduces herself as Layla, a free-spirited girl obsessed with stars which some believe to be nothing but fantasy. But with her charm, she is able to rope in Wane as a squire and a friend. Of course, as most stories go then something terrible happened... The moral this section stresses is the nature of friendship and the value of working with others. (This is ironic since I did this project without a team.) However, the completed story was going to be about how violence and anger above all else are caused by a lack of understanding on either side.
