Hi! I'm having lots of fun in this course and am learning so much from the Pixar mentors we have had the past few weeks. I graduated with a Bachelors in Computer Science (Honors) from the National University of Singapore. Storytelling has always been my passion and it is something I have pursued as a hobby with friends (filmmaking, theatre, writing and so on). Working in Pixar or a similar studio has always been a dream since I did the Pixar courses on Khan academy as a teenager. I'm keen on building a career in this industry and was hoping that I could get some advice on postgraduate degrees I should consider for a career in storytelling. I'm torn between pursuing Masters/PhD in Computer Graphics, Animation, or Film production and I'm not sure what would be best to pursue. I also don't have much of a background in drawing but I am eager and willing to learn. I'd really appreciate some advice on the different paths existing story artists have taken (in addition to the ones we've been introduced to already!) and the possibilities for someone with my background.
